Artist Set up Requests

SAFE LOCATION
Please provide your artist with a safe & dry location away from direct sun, potential rainfall,  large speakers,  special effects such as fog machines, strobe lights, bon fires,  smoke or pyrotechnics.

Try to also consider providing the artist with enough room to accommodate a small crowd by not placing them next to the bar, restrooms, major walkways or exits, etc.

*If you wish this provided table decor to match the rest of the event, please include it in your plan for linens, flowers, etc. If flowers are placed on the table, please avoid large bouquets with popular know allergens. Thank you!

SET UP
Please provide (each) of your artists with at least one chair.  For fashion illustration and live painting, your guests will stand. For caricatures, please also provide 2 chairs for guests to sit.

*If you would like the artist to display the paintings as they work, you may want to incorporate a clothes line set up behind them.
